DO YOU MANUFACTURE BY SPECIAL ORDER OTHER THAN YOUR CURRENT MODELS?
Yes. Custom production is made on demand, provided that it is only in the field of shoes.

ARE ONLY YOUR PRODUCTS SOLD ON YOUR SITE?
No. In addition to our own shoes, ready-made products of different brands are sold on our website.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
* For your custom-made shoe requests, via instagram/DM or whatsapp (0532 362 18 77),
* On our web page for ready-made products; By adding the products you have chosen to the basket, by wire transfer/eft or credit card,
* Via Whatsapp (0532 362 18 77); by money order/eft or payment at the door,
* You can place your orders via money order/eft or payment at the door via our Instagram account.

HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING FEE?
The shipping fee is equal to the service fee of the courier company you request to send. Shipping is free for your bag orders within the country.

HOW CAN I SEE THE CARGO STATUS?
After your order is sent, you can get information about the status of your cargo by typing your order number in the cargo tracking section of our website. In addition, tracking numbers are shared with our customers as a message after all shipments.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If the shoe size you purchased does not fit; Exchanges are available, provided they have not been worn except for trying on and have not been deformed by you. However, since the shoes are custom made, returns are not accepted.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for bags and glasses unless there is a deformation caused by us.

There are no exchanges or returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons.
